Who is responsible
Antonio Figueroa, acting as an individual under the trade name NightBit Games, is responsible for the personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at contact@nightbitgames.com for anything in this notice.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you write to us by email we receive your name, your email address and whatever you decide to include in the message. We do not ask for anything else and there are no forms on this site that collect data.
What we use it for
To read your message and reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Analytics
This site uses Umami, an analytics service that does not set cookies, does not follow you across other sites and does not build a personal profile. We only see aggregate figures: pages viewed, country, device type and where a visit came from. None of it identifies you.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no marketing cookies. Your language choice and the campaign parameters of a link may be stored in your own browser so the site behaves consistently during your visit. That information never leaves your device and you can clear it from your browser at any time.
Who else is involved
Three providers take part in running this site, each for a single task and none of them authorised to use your data for their own purposes: Cloudflare serves the site and processes connection data such as the IP address; Umami provides the aggregate analytics; and Google delivers our email. Their own terms apply to what they do on their systems.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept while the conversation is useful and deleted periodically once it is closed. Analytics data is aggregate and is not tied to a person, so there is nothing personal to delete.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop using your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@nightbitgames.com stating what you want and we will answer. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the INAI, the Mexican data protection authority.
Minors
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
Any change to this notice will be published on this page, with the date it took effect. We recommend checking it if you write to us after a long time.
